Micro wave delivery from timtara
NOT being delivered as promissed

Find below the mail sent by me to TIMTARA team after reapeated requests for delivery of my order..

This is in continuations to the repeated tele talks with your executives Mr Emtiaz & Mr Raja (names as told on mobile phone), i was promissed a delivery for my order on tuesday Then it shifted to Wednesday (5 Oct) &now to Friday 7 oct. Today morning at 11 Am I had a talk with them again & they promise to deliver it today

AS Expected just now at 16:00 hrs, i had a talk with Mr Raja & he is shifting the date to MONday i.e 10 Oct.

Its my humble request to your team that if you are not able to procure the items on your offer prices then you should not give the rates on site.

I placed order on 26 sep & now its been a long wait for delivery in NOIDA.If u r unable to give it in Noida in 11 days (lets leave Sunday & dushera day out still its 9 days) then i hope u can not deliver it any where in INDIA..so dont boost of 8-10 working days delivery time.

Also if now u r finding it difficult to keep ur commitment please give my money back so that i can purchase it from market, as i am finding it difficult to believe your team as a whole & it has been a bad experience to me to have placed a order to you.
