Sir,

I have purchesed Mitashi Xplode NX Game from Home Shop 18 and i recieved game dated 03/05. when i open the packing one joystik of game found demage. So I imidiatly coplained to homeshop 18 coustmer care they have given the mitashi coustmer care no. when i called they give me the MP state coustmer care bhopal no. but they have not respond properly so again i call home shop18 coustmer care they said you sent product back to mitashi company by home shop 18 curier service and they give me the no. of curier service when i call them they said that our service is not avilaible at your city. please take action against home shop 18 this is not first time i complained against home shop18 they always not give proper information & cooperation
