Can't cancel service

The website sells templates for web design and SharePoint sites. When you sign up, you are signing up to be charged every 6 months which isn't made clear during the order process. Once you realize this and attempt to cancel the membership, the site gives you no method for canceling the service. The phone number goes to a recording without any company name being mentioned in the greeting. And emails to the 'Contact Us' page go into a black hole.
