Money deduction

I used internet for only 2 min in the morning n for that i was supposed to pay about 40rs. This is how docomo is cheating us. From this forum I am requesting the docomo people to reimburse my deducted money. This is not the 1st time, but this time they screwed my 40 rs n they r giving the reason as i have used the data bearin 40 rs tht too in 2min (signed in gmail). If this continues in future docomo will not be pleased.
