NOT RESPONDING TO THE COMPLAIN

Sir, as you know i am a media person (Crime Reporter) and a internet is very important instrument for us, but from last two months i am complaining but no professional response i have receive, engineer came he say fault in line, lineman came he says line is o.k, probelem in modam or in dibbi, but no body solve my problem, pls advice me i am suppos to pay the rent?

you are advice to rectify my problem otherwise i have to make complain in TRAI.
