MTNL BB (Mr S P Singh mayur vihar Ph III)

His complaint is regarding regular problem of MTNL Broadband.

I am trying tried to talk from last 1 year to the area manager mayur vihar Ph III MR S P SINGH but i think he is the busiest man of the world who dont have time to talk to their customers.

None of the managers General manager talk to the customers neither they reply to the mails then I do not understand why MTNL has published their phone numbers and email ids on internet.

If I Call 1504 they say talk to area manager no one bothers to pick up the phone in exchange of Mayur Vihar PH III

MTNL is the worst BB service of india plz dont go for that and specially if you are in mayur vihar PH III and your area manager is S P Singh
