I RAMESH TIWARI A MTNL CUSTOMER (02228398055). I WANT TO LAUNCH A COMPLAINT IN NAME OF MTNL, I HAVE BEEN USING INTERNET FACILITY OF MTNL SINCE PAST THREE YEAR, PREVIOUSLY ALSO I HAVE LAUNCHED A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS PROBLEM AGAIN I'M FACING THE SAME PROBLEM OF FREQUENT DISCONNECTION, I HAVE BEEN LAUNCHING COMPLAINT TO MTNL BUT THERE IS NO RESULT I HAVE LAUNCHED COMPLAINT AT LEAST 10-20 TIMES IN TWO WEEKS BUT THERE IS NO RESULT

SO I KINDLY REQUEST TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL
