I am user of mtnl broadband wide telephone no. 27821952. my broadband is not working since 2nd may. since i am a student i have to some very important works to be done on internet but because of fault from the side of company i am not able to accomplish those works on time. i had got this telephone connection for the purpose of internet at the monthly charge of about Rs. 750.00. but after paying rs.750 monthly my broadband remains unworking for about 2-3 days every month. but this time the non working/fault is not sought out even after 6 days & many complaints from ourside & only the formality feedback by the exchange persons. you should tell what should i do in this condition AMAN GARG (9211821291)
