Complaint about bradband problem

Respected Sir,

Myself Mohit Baluni residence of east delhi (shakarpur). I am using MTNL broadband service from past 4 years and now i am suffering from splitter problem (CPE) from the last month. I have registered around 10-12 complaints but no response till now.

So this my humble request to help me to solve my problem.
