Internet not working

Sir irecharged my internet on 25th june since then it is not working i complaind on 1502 then comp to sanchar hatt sunder vihar then comp to low rf coverage section -compno.233678dtd30th june .andcompno.233791 dtd02 july.but till date no one has responded .my mobile no.20365446. i want that mtnl authorities should look in to the comp. thanks
