In a mtnl broadband

plan : 495 unlimited

speed offer : 320kbps

but they not give me more then 30 kbps and it's not a fix, many times speed is almost 1 kbps only, i complain to mtnl office (were server) but in all they not give me proper reply, they only tell me in unlimited they not give speed and also many customer had problem like that, when i asked about speed on that plan ans is 320 kbps .but when i say download speed is only 1 kbps to 25 kbps, they just argue.but not tell exact speed.
