Coustomer care does'nt give response

My name is pankaj jain from lokhandwala, andheri (W) contact no is 9757398585. my mobile has push mail facility & gprs . whenever i call customer care for using this facility and server settings. they dont have knowledge about this and they cut the call. when i go to the exchange office, they said call to the customer care. it happens many times. i am unable to use that functions. so pls solve my problem.
