Network Connection

Hi all,

I'm Saravanan. I'm using MTS Blaze data card. I was purchased it on Dec. The MTS people said, this connection will work with up to 3.1 mbps after your limit it will be convert to 256 kbps. So that I decided to buy and bought. For a month I was working with normal speed.

eg: 300 kbps to 400 kbps. Now a day’s, I'm surprising it didn’t connect with even 50 kbps. In case network problem means, is it suffered for a month?

What the technical people are doing?

And my friend is using Tata Whiz data card in my same room with connection speed of minimum 1.1 mbps.

What my question is why the people are saying lie to sell the product? How do I Suggest MTS for others?
