Speed issue

My name is arun raja, my mdn number number is 8453190136 am using 3.1 mbs, but am getting only 150 - 472kbs.

informed customer care before two months back, but no action has taken, they simply call and close the ticket, two person came to my home see the speed online and informed to wait 2 days, but it almost 1 month over still same issue...

the complain numbers for the single issue listed below...

called more than 40 times check the call log of your record...

if it leads i will not pay the bill...

every time i call and check the status they telling that your complain is forward to our senior they resolve quickly, but no use i dont know whethere there is such person is there or not...

please give any concern person number...

the mts dealer kishore called so many times for brought the device but once i inform the complain about the device he not pick the call also.. very worst speed and worst responsible...

am going to update in customer complain .com and in social network also with below details...

am getting an download speed of 38 kbs that is maximum..
