M Blaze data card bad service

I have purchase 2 Mblaze connection 1 month back. from an MTS Retail outlet in Delhi. Now since I am using it it is getting some problem in MAC OS, as well as connectivity problem in Bhubneshwar/kolkota/haowra, when purchased, it was committed by the same retail outlet that it will working perfectly in MAC OS as well in all above location. Now I have called 2 times and requested same retail outlet 2 times to check, but I am not getting appropriate reply from his side.

Then I mailed 2- 3 times in MTS customer service, called 3-4 times, but not getting any response - neither positive nor negative.
