Companny will cheated

Sir i purchase mts mblaze... companny saying speed up to 3.1 mbps but its speed is so slow approximately 40to 90 kbps... i contact to companny coustemer care many time approx 50 times in these time i lost 200 rupees in call to company... i also take a two complain such as one is nov/93052 and another is dec/89047... in advertisement companny says buy a mblaze and gate reebok shoes .i am not found shoes ..two times i recharge of 248 rupees and these times comanny is cheated to me ..sir mts mblaze no is 9135957576 and my mobile no is 9835066915//9046949369//9334271418 email address is avishekkumarraj4u@gmail.com sir please help me
