Hello sir

i have purchased mts data card for Rs.1200/- from Snwal Nagar Market, Shop no 6 sadiq nagar, new delhi (Tin no.07300385009).. but when i went to mts office for recharge in C.R. Park they offered the same data card for Rs. 990/-. kindly clarify and refund/adjust the balance under intimation to me. I just wanted to ask why there is so much differences between the two locality... my phone no is 9911269499 & my email address is psantu04@gmail.com
