CHEATING

I went to MTS outlet at Dwarka Delhi along with my data card (9136983443) device and categorically asked the gentleman to check the device. If it is perfect then recharge it for rs. 999/- otherwise return it to me so the I could get it repaired and then recharge it.

The gentleman told me that the device was perfectly OK.and charged it. when I reached home and put it on my laptop it was found to be non functional. I rang him and he in turn called me along with my laptop. This time he told me that the device was defective and needs repairs and should be taken to the service centre.

It vividly amounts to cheating. My conversation with the expert at the customer care was nothing more than a humiliation. I request the higher authorities of the company to resolve the matter and ask the cheater to refund the amount he fetched from me.
