The company has not resolved my queries regarding speed, data and temporary connectivity in Mumbai. This has been going on for months now. Even after paying 999 for unlimited (10-15GB service at 3.1Mbps), I have been getting 13-14KBps speed only and there have been mismatch regarding data usage.

Every time I call their helpline, someone would register a complaint and then say that the complaint would be resolved in 24 hours. However, the complaint has not been resolved for months! Worse, they stop picking calls after some time and do not respond to the queries even if they pick up the calls. Sometimes they cut the call randomly.

Apparently this has been the case with some of the other users as well. The issue needs to be dealt with severely and asap!
