A very low spee

My MTS Data Card MDN-8434258472mon recharge of a monthly pack of Rs 999, is giving a very low downloading speed of 9 to 15 kb/s, whereas, according to the advertisements and tariff card, it should be giving at least 144 kb/s. I had lodged a complaint on customer care, on May 17, Complaint no, c12-47482529. But till now there is no reply.

I had done the recharge on May 2 and today is May 30. My loss in these 28 days cannot be stated in words.

Please look into the matter and solve it ASAP.
