Poor service, poor data rate

Mts promises 3.1 mbps, but gives only 3kbps. pathetic speed and customer care service,
no proper response.false claims of providing high speeds
smartly devised interface to show 3kbps as 300kbps. i confirmed the speed using a software named "networx"...
on contacting them they said to me "why do you need such high speed? if you need to watch videos then lower the resolution."
if mts is capable of solving my problem... contact-9632264540...
