For reffend the worngly recharged ammount 647

Dear Sir,

My Pre Paid MTS Data Card No is 8104996889 its velidty will expried on

21st of july and i will recharged it on 22end of july with ammount of

198/= but by my mistake its 2 times recharged on my same no 2end time

its recharged of rupees 647/= my usees is not higher my belance is 215

mb right now i will want reffend my 2end time rechrged ammount.

Kindly tell me what i do for reffend that ammount. or if not reffend

that ammount then you will divided this 647/= ammount as per my uses

give me extation on my recharged velidity. i am right now use 198/=

recharged and its seficente foe me.
