Snail speed of internet

Recharged with Rs 999/ for 10 GB-one month. Speed is so slow (Maxm speed obtatained 140 kbps). I could use my 10 GB in one month. This is less than the 2G speed that I can purchase with much less money. Why you pick-pocket your customer with false claim.

If you could not provide 3G speed, then why you allowed me to recharge with the 3G value. Rectify it immediately. This speed is curtailed from your side.
