MTS Card not working properly

I am Sanjay Sharma. I bought MTS data card some time before in Delhi circle. MTS card No. 9136917180. I complaint several time to MTS Costumer Care the MTS card doesn't playing You tube and its Internet speed is low. My complaint no. is C 312/47830496, Dated 20 June. Only Once MTS Man came to me but unable to solve my problem, and forwarded the complaint. I regularly complaining but every time they assure me that your complaint will be solve within 24 hours. But I am still empty handed. It is very frustrating. Please help me.
