Vague promises and pathetic service

No responses to complaints, No customer care, pathetic service, didn't get any assured gift n all. This is the worst service provider i have ever seen. They don't even bother that you are their customer they just run the process... I would love to talk their India marketing head about how bakwaas is their service is . but they don't even provide their boss's number :)

Kindly suggest me some way.. so i can teach these guys lesson for doing such injustice... why the hell they cant even come n check the problem..
