No reply against commitment

I have taken the Internet service connection at my home from the company named MTS India (Internet provider) on 20/11. website (www.mtsindia.in).

I am the customer of the company from 20/11, MDN NO is 9145043483.

company commited for REEBOK SHOES against internet service connection. I have called the customer care of @ 100 times, but everytime I have got the same response, saying that, We can not access ur status of reebok shoes becoz the system is down or u will get the shoes within 7 days. I am fed up of this type of explanation.

I have also registered the complaint, my complaint no. is c1118501243 on 22nd january.

Now, what to do?

I again called the cust. care. & again I have got the same response, "U will get the shoes within 7 days."

now its already 3 months have passed but I have not get any positive reply from the company & yet not get any reebok shoes.

company commited for the shoes against internet connection to every customer but r not capable of fulfill the commitments.

kindly look into the matter & plz take suitable action against company.
