Hi,
I had bought a MTS MBLAZE dongle from 2 sales person who came to my home telling me best promotional offer.
They told me that if the documents I submit are valid them I will be able to get that special.
After giving them my documents they told me about the plan, that I have to pay 2000 for that they will give me a dongle and a unlimited broadband plan for 3 months. I will have full speed of 3.1 mbps till 3 GB and after that the speed will decrease to 600 kbps plus and if I dont use my dongle for one day then it will automatically get added and my validity will be extended.
They told me that they have direct satellite broadband so I will get full 3.1 mbps speed but it was never even upto 1 mbps, they showed me demo but it was so slow and when I asked them they told me its demo that's why it has limited speed.
But after reaching my broadband limit I was unable to do browsing so when I contacted the manufacturer they told me that its dongle manufacturer not MTS customer care. They gave me MTS customer care number and it was not even toll free.
When contacted the customer care executive he told me that my package is over because I have crossed my 3 GB limit when I told him about the plan he said that this plan never existed.
I was shocked and told him that its your sales executive so its your fault but he didn't listen to me and told me to do the new recharge when I told him that I will file a case then also he refused to activate my balance and kept on repeating to recharge my account again.
I feel really cheated I don't have the full name of there sales executives so they cant take any action against them.
Please help me the dongle is not used for many months now its like my all money is wasted.
