On 21.06.2012 I recharged my Data Card with 1298 unlimited plan, which provides 15 GB at 3.1Mbps with a validity of 30 days and when data usage exceeds 15 GB the speed reduces to 144 Kbps. My browsing speed was very less 50-60 Kbps. I could not browse and even basic sites like Gmail inbox did not open as everytime the server timed out. So on 12.07. I recharged again with 999 unlimited plan, which provides 10 GB at 3.1 Mbps. Now one day later the speed is still about 60Kbps. On contacting customer care they told me that Speed will increase when the validity of the last recharge expires that is on 20.07.2012. On further inquiring they told me that the data usage will be deducted from the latest recharge. That means if I use say 2 GB from 12.07.2012 to 20.07.2012 (at speed of last recharge i.e.
