Speed Complaint

Dear Sir,

I have purhcased MTS internet dongle from 2 exectives who have visited Vasai on 28th Dec. I hve paid 1996/- and was told that it is a demo card and internet will be free for 3 months. But now i am facing problem of speed i am getting only 10kb speed for both surfing and download. This is abslolutely cheating done by this exective who came from Kalyan. Now it has been told that the executive has done fraud and left the company. Request you to solve this issue otherwise my 1996/- is got wasted,
