My mts number is 9136145928.

I bought it on 23 nov

after 2 days i started facing problems..whenever i am logged on using mts mblaze i have to refresh the page 5-6 times to view it. it happens between 9AM in the morning and 1AM in the night ie a duration of 16hours. whenever the congestion is not there the network performs satisfactorily.

i complained it to customer care via email and via telephone also. they have provided me no solution and have closed my complaint without rectifying it

i have tried this connection on all systems and at 2-3 cities in India but the problem faced is same..it is not a locality based problem but its a nation wide problem

in view of the sub standard services mts mblaze may please buy back the modem they have given to me
