MTS Mblaze ADU555C AnyData Modem Hardware Problem

I bought up an MTS Mblaze Standard USB Modem (data card) number 9146385297 on my name on 10th April from MTS STORE (NEXTGEN COMMUNICATIONS, S-1, SHOP NO. 31, VEDANTA COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, VARTAK NAGAR, THANE (W) - 400606.)

The data card is manufactured by AnyData company with model no. being ADU555C.

After working fine for 4-5 months the card started showing hardware problems. The card doesnt work at all after that. I called up the customer care executives regarding this problem. All they do is give an address intended to be of a service centre in Dadar (Mumbai) and Pune (I went to both the places). After going there the guys far from solving the problem, dont have any idea where it can be solved. Even NextGen communications, the MTS Store in Thane dont know anything about where my problems should be solved.

This is a clear case of extremely poor service and poor intra-organizational communication system by MTS.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
