NON ACTIVATION OF USB MODEM

Sir,

I've purchased a MTS broadbandMDN No. 9145290630 on 17 Feb 11. Till date the same has not been activated by the Co. On inquiry, the seller is denying to take the responsibility and advising me to contact the customer care. The customer care is telling me to contact the seller since the same is not yet registered. Further, I've submitted photo and address proof twice to the seller. I am feeling as being cheated by the seller and the MTS itself.

Would you please help me to sort out this problem?
