Sub: Grievances of Block J-6 of Rajouri Garden - request regarding.

Madam Ji,

I would like to submit for your kind consideration that service lanes

Parks of Rajouri Garden always remain full of garbage, MCD staff

does not seem to manage it. The area requires proper attention of

MCD.

The service lane adjacent to the boundary wall of park (near plots

No. J-6/131 and J-6/139) is full of garbage for the last 6 months and

MCD officials have not removed it.

To be informed further that MCD staff is not performing their

duties properly and the back lanes are not attended by MCD

which is a civic body and the MCD officials are very careless.

In view of the above, you are therefore requested to kindly issue

necessary instructions to the concerned Executive Engineer/Sanitary

Superintendant concerned to initiate prompt measures in respect of

cleanliness of block J-6 of Rajouri Garden.
