Apart from receiving your confirmation delivery mail, this assignment of flowers in not delivered to addressee

I had booked your service for flower delivery yesterday mid-night which where supposed to be delivered yesterday only. These flowers are not yet delivered! and to my surprise i have received confirmation delivery mail! but in practical this assignment of flowers in not delivered to addressee! I have also completed formality of payment and same has been credited to MFT account. I tried calling there call center no but no response as of yet. Please look into this subject ASAP. I will never ever suggest n e one to go for this service... there call center is useless and never answer the phone.. i am planing to take legal action against them. can n e one please help me in this context?
