Failure of product delivery

I have ordered a samsung star II duos (c6712) mobile online through naaptol.com on 01/01. The order no is 3149535. When i called naaptol to check the status, they are just saying that the order is under process. Upon calling customer care at 9223516148, i had to wait for nearly ten minutes to speak to an executive who was very rude. He informed me that the payment has not been received. But when checking with my bank, i came to know that the payment has been already claimed. This is utter breach of trust from naaptol. Even after sending repeated mails, i have not got any reply.
