Hi,

I own Airtel landline with broadband and had requested for change of broadband plan.

Airtel was able to change the plan only in the month of November where as they started charging me for the new plan from September itself.

When I contacted Airtel customer care they say that as per system the plan migration was done in September, where as it was not.

I was able to get Airtel technician to fix the problem at Airtel's network in November

I need help in making sure Airtel corrects the same and gets back to me
