I bought a Blackberry Storm from Naaptol, which was delivered to me on 21th Feb & on switching on the mobile i was shocked to see black lines running all over the screen. I immediately called up the Naaptol team & couriered the product back to them on assurance that they would replace it with a new one.

Initially they also went upto the extent of claiming that they have not received the defective product, but after intervention of blazeflash they agreed that they have received the faulty product & are getting that rectified. It has been almost two months now and i have yet not received my product & my plea for refund only results in representative hanging up the phone on me.

My constant mails & complaints only falls on deaf ears, no one from Naaptol is least concerned about the issue, they only send a mail to the vendor team (Alpharadios) asking them to look into issue Since 2nd of March i am struggling to get a reply from them, they only give false claims & revert that the product has been dispatched & give a docket no which shows the product being delivered at unknown location.

Now they say that we would give you only a product & can't refund the amount that i have paid. I don't trust their service & would only want my full refund.
