Naaptol/car Stereo (Order no. 1428706)
Non receipt of replacement for defective product

More than 3 weeks have passed since I had returned the defective product from Naaptol against the order no. 1428706. Even afetr repeated queries, they are not giving any satisfactory reply. I am not sure if I will ever get a replacement. I hope at least others are not fooled into buying from naaptol. Please help
