My name mahesh raval from ahmedabad, ghodasar, guajrat, zip 380050, my order no: 2447679, i had placed order for mini silai machine dated 14/09. i want to inform you that i had received defective silai machine which is defected properly from the day it got delivered, and i had raised complain to you about refund, i had all ready send it back this product to as per your instruction to j.s associate, mumbai here i am giving you a maruti couriur air mail no. 6342 dated 15/10, since last 3 months I had not received refund back, i am not satisfied with your service, i had called many time for my refund amount, here my request for refund
