I bought through internet shopping from Naptol.com site, a nicy dicer, a vegetable and multi utility cutter by paying through my credit card (order no. 813292) Within 7 days I received a parcel (very poorly packed) which contained the items as a defective piece. On contacting their customer service centre they advised me to send back the material for a replacement. As my first experience was bad, I refused to take a replacement but insisted to refund my money. On 07/10 I returned the defective product by The Professional courier with the way bill no. IXM 20914131. Naptol customer service people acknowledged receipt of the defective material and gave me a complaint no. 298290 in November'10.From November till last week in Jan'11 I spoke to minimum 6 customer service executives and everyone is giving an answer saying they have forwarded the claim request to their finance department and within 10 days they will credit the amount to my ICICI Bank credit card division since it was bought using credit card. This Naptol is a NO.1 FRAUD COMPANY and should be jailed as they are cheating hard earned money of indian citizens.
