Efund not made

Ngpay is fraud. Don't make any purchase through their portal, in case of cancellation you will not get your refund. I have booked an AIRINDIA through them on 09/04 and got the same cancelled on 12/04. Till date i.e. 03/05 I have not received refund of Rs. 10513.0. None of my complaints has been responded. Whats more surprising that ngpay does not provide details of cancellation on their portal. It does provide detail of transaction related to booking but no provision of providing details of transcation related to cancellation. I think they are doing it purposely for committing fraud.
