ACT Broad Band
Non payment of refund

Broad band sevice was deacticated at my request as I found the services very very bad. I have received

a message confirming the deactivation on 13/04. The messege also indeicated that the amount due is Rs.2079.

I had contacted their see call center and I was informed that refund will be effected within 10 working days.

After expiry of 10 days I made several calls and sent emails but they showed not even the curtsey of replying.
