Reliance Netconnect Broadband

I purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband in the month of April. My Id is 9397819534. I am staying in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad. From the first day itself, I am getting speeds in the range of 20 Kbps - 40 kbps. I am not getting the speed promised for High Speed (1X) network. I registered a complaint for the issue on 12th May and the team from Reliance (Support as well as network team) visited my place to resolve the issue. They said that the problem may be because of network and asked me to wait for some time for the problem to be resolved. But as of today, I am getting the same speed 20 Kbps - 40 kbps. When I called up the customer care, they say that it will take about a month more to solve the problem. I have already been suffering for the last two and half months because of the slow speeds.
