Not receiving the goodie bag

Hello sir,

I participated in a contest named "NOKIA MAIN BHI COACH! "

After playing for few days, i got an SMS telling that i have won a goodie bag, tee, sipper and deo. It also said that i will receive a call from them to verify my address. But till now they have neither contacted me nor send me my goodie bag. Their attitude is unbearable. After playing and winning in the lucky draw, they are not giving the mentioned prizes.

pls take necessary steps against them and help me in getting my goodie bag as soon as possible.
