Poor service

I am surprised to say that i have service contract of AMC with eureka forbs. But we are not geting proper service from your part. On 18.04.10 i submitted a complain over telephone but due to sunday no one can visit against the issue.we suffered for the hole day for drinking water.your supervisor or executive visit the next day but still the problem it is not solved.
