I am a condumer of Ortel Communications, Orissa Bhubaneswarfor taking cable internet connection. My consumer No. is 744423.The modem is showing offline since 25/09. I have made several telephonic complains to the customer care through No0674-2391111. Again I have sent emails to their Nodal Officer"nodal@ortelgroup.com as well as appellate officer, "appellate@ortelgroup.com" from my mail addresses: "quamru1950@gmail.com" and "mqzaman_2002@yahoo.co.uk". No action is being taken by the company.
Kindly ensure that the connection is set right within 24 hours.
