I am a condumer of Ortel Communications, Orissa Bhubaneswarfor taking cable internet connection. My consumer No. is 744423.The modem is showing offline since 25/09. I have made several telephonic complains to the customer care through No0674-2391111. Again I have sent emails to their Nodal Officer"[email protected] as well as appellate officer, "[email protected]" from my mail addresses: "[email protected]" and "[email protected]". No action is being taken by the company.
Kindly ensure that the connection is set right within 24 hours.
