Undelivered Orde

I would like to inform you that I have faced very bad experience with Ahmedabad Online Florist (http://www.ahmedabadonlineflorists.com/).

I am NRI and I wanted to deliver the birthday cum Diwali gift to my family in Ahmedabad so I placed an order on the website http://www.ahmedabadonlineflorists.com/ . Even though it is mentioned on their site that the order will be delievered on the same day, it was not deliverred. When I called them several times, they either didn't pick the call or they kept my international call on hold. They play with people's emotions. I paid higher amount Rs. 1124 for the services so that it is delivered on said date. The order is still not delivered and very important that there is no signicifance of the gift as it was not delivered that day.

I would like to bring this to attention to all the NRIs who order gifts on this site and pay five times higher price than the actual price (just to deliver the order on time) and also to let them know not to indulge into the fancy look of this cheat website. At the same time, I urge Moneycontrol to help getting me justice as I am out of India and unable to follow-up.
