Not providing the services

Hi this is pankaj,

I m existing user of the Pel SoftLabs Pvt. Ltd.

. I have purchased the sms package from this company. they provide too bad services.if u send message then balance will deduct but message will not deliver to the destination. And customer care does not provide the support, even they don't pickup the phone, so i request too all user don't make the mistake. I m facing the problem for last one month but still the problem is pending and no response from the company.
