Photon plus
Internet not working

I had an old tata indicom internet connction .the account no.was 208176827. i have surrendered the connection a month back as i bought photon plus. since yesterday the internet is not working. i get 'error 678 message -the remote computer did not respond'.

i do not have the account no.for photon plus .i hae not received first bill yet.

my address is n 32 sainik farms, lane w 17c, new delhi 110062.

my phone is 9891462245.

who should i write to? i do not get proper replies from your bpo.

please tell me the reason why it is not working .it was working fine till now.
